Ingredients
- 1 � oz. Irish Whiskey
- 1 lg. Egg white
- 1 oz. Oregon Chai Extra Spicy Super Concentrate
- 1 cup Ice
- 2 oz. Water
- 2 oz. Island Oasis Sour Frozen Beverage Mix
- � oz. DaVinci Gourmet Almond Syrup
Directions
- Combine whiskey, egg white and chai concentrate in a cocktail shaker. Shake vigorously for 20-30 seconds or until frothy.
- Add remaining ingredients and shake vigorously for another 30-45 seconds or until very frothy.
- Double strain into a highball or rocks glass with or without ice. Serve garnished with a cinnamon stick.
Recipe Note
This cocktail can be served up or on the rocks. For added flair, dust top of foam with cinnamon or toasted ground almonds.
