Sugar Cookies Chai

Ingredients

Cookies:
Oregon Chai The Original™ Chai Tea Latte Concentrate 3 Tbsp.
Butter, softened 1 cup
Granulated sugar 1 cup
Egg 1
All-purpose flour 2 1/2 cups
Baking powder 1 tsp.

Frosting:
Oregon Chai The Original™ Chai Tea Latte Concentrate 1 to 2 Tbsp.
Powdered sugar 3 cups
Butter, softened 1/3 cup

Directions

In a large bowl, combine 1-cup butter, sugar, egg, 3 Tbsp. Oregon Chai® concentrate. Beat until creamy. Add flour and baking powder and beat until well blended. Divide the dough into two pieces, cover and refrigerate until firm (2-3 hours or overnight.)
