Whole Wheat Chai Molasses Bread
Ingredients
Spiced Original Chai Tea Latte Concentrate | 1 1/2c. |
Milk | 1 1/2 c. |
Canola or Vegetable Oil | 3/4 c. |
Whole Wheat Flour 4 c. | |
Baking Powder 2 tsp. | |
Baking Soda 2 tsp. | |
Salt | 1 1/2 tsp. |
Honey | 1/2 c. |
Molasses | 1/2 c. |
Directions
Heat oven to 375°F and place rack in center. Lightly grease two 9 x 4 ½ pans with oil. In a medium bowl, sift together whole wheat flour, all purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. In a large bowl, combine Oregon Chai®, milk, oil, honey and molasses, and stir until well blended. Add dry ingredients gradually into wet, stirring until well combined.
