WHOLE WHEAT CHAI MOLASSES BREAD
- 1 1/2c. Spiced Original Chai Tea Latte Concentrate
- 1 1/2 c. Milk
- 3/4 c. Canola or Vegetable Oil
- Whole Wheat Flour 4 c.
- Baking Powder 2 tsp.
- Baking Soda 2 tsp.
- 1 1/2 tsp. Salt
- 1/2 c. Honey
- 1/2 c. Molasses
Heat oven to 375°F and place rack in center. Lightly grease two 9 x 4 ½ pans with oil. In a medium bowl, sift together whole wheat flour, all purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. In a large bowl, combine Oregon Chai®, milk, oil, honey and molasses, and stir until well blended. Add dry ingredients gradually into wet, stirring until well combined.
