Chai Spiced Nuts
|Pecans, whole||1 cup|
|Walnuts, halves||1 cup|
|Almonds, whole||1 cup|
|Olive oil||1 ½ tablespoons|
|Maple syrup||1 tablespoon|
|Oregon Chai® The Original™ Powdered Chai Tea Latte Mix||2 packets (reserve one)|
Preheat oven to 350° F. Grease a baking sheet and set aside.
In a large bowl, mix together pecans, walnuts, almonds, olive oil, maple syrup, salt and one packet of Oregon Chai.
Mix until the nuts are fully coated.
Spread nut mixture on prepared baking sheet and bake for 16 minutes, stirring and rotating the pan halfway through.
Allow nuts to cool slightly before dusting them with the remaining packet of Oregon Chai.
Once nuts are completely cool, store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place.
